Terms of Service for PageForge

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PageForge web application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

- License to PageForge: By creating content using the Service, you grant PageForge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.
- User Conduct: You are responsible for the content you create and share through the Service. PageForge reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful, offensive, or otherwise violates applicable laws.
5. Restrictions

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service.

PageForge reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PageForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction for any cause of action arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

PageForge may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will always be on this page. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
